Direct contact with the territory is essential for the full understanding of its morphological and scenic characteristics.
This contact is complementary to the study of the maps and other information relevant for understanding the area to be worked on.
Requirements analysis
Based on the needs of the client, the specific aspects of the estate and the series of data compiled, an
exhaustive analysis will be carried out of the requirements of the project to be undertaken.
Also taken into account will be the conditioning factors, the physical peculiarities,
entrances, elements of vegetation, etc. that must be respected.
Proposal for intervention and budget
Once all the elements have been compiled, the intervention project is designed and is
visualised on maps, which will be accompanied by a descriptive report.
This will also include a budgetary evaluation of the intervention according to the
different stages that that the project requires, along with an agenda.
Execution
